Overview
As a Customer Service and Leads Qualification Associate at Emonovo, you will play a crucial role in the student journey. You will be the first point of contact for students who have shown interest in studying abroad. Your primary responsibility will be to receive and filter leads based on the information submitted through our website forms. Your role is to ensure that only the most qualified and serious leads are passed on to our educational counselors, allowing them to focus on in-depth consultations and successful student placements.
Responsibilities
- Lead Reception: Receive and manage all student leads generated through our website.
- Initial Screening: Conduct the first level of lead qualification based on predefined criteria.
- Customer Interaction: Engage with students via phone calls or emails to clarify any initial queries and ensure they meet the necessary criteria.
- Data Management: Accurately log and update student information in our CRM system.
- Coordination: Work closely with educational counselors to hand over qualified leads efficiently.
- Support: Provide excellent customer service by answering general inquiries and guiding students through the initial steps of their application process.
This Role is Ideal For Candidates Who
- Have at least 1 to 2 years experience as Customer Service (or similar rules).
- Having a Good English skills
- Have excellent communication skills.
- Are detail-oriented and able to manage multiple leads simultaneously.
- Have a strong customer service mindset with the ability to engage with students effectively.
- Are comfortable working with data and CRM systems.
- Are eager to learn and grow within the educational sector.
Salary and Benefits
- Monthly Salary: 6,000 EGP + 1000 EGP Bonus.
You will receive a total net salary of 7,000 EGP if you consistently perform at your best.
- Type: Full-time position based in our Cairo office, conveniently located next to Behooth metro station.
- Working Hours: Full-time, from 10 AM to 6 PM, Sunday to Thursday.
