At the Jannen School of Arts and Sciences on the campus of Trine University in Angola, Indiana, our curriculum focuses on practical problem solving and innovation, with internships adding a real-world dimension to your education. Communication members work on our campus as sports broadcasters, write for our alumni magazine, and work with admissions. Criminal Justice majors have a crime scene lab on campus to enhance their investigative skills. All of our programs encourage our majors to gain hands-on experience by being involved in activities like these on campus and through off-campus internship opportunities, as well.

Our faculty are active scholars who share their professional experiences inside—and outside—the classroom. They have written books and serve as columnists for local newspapers. They design classroom projects that benefit local businesses and organizations. They present at international conferences and present campus symposia on academic and contemporary topics.
