Accounting and Auditing Distance Learning (Non-Thesis)

Today, national and international competition has been vastly increased within the framework of the free market and the struggle for existence in the markets for the organizations has been intensified. The organizations, which strive for existing in either national or global markets, must reinforce their financial status and regulate their accounting records, reporting and auditing systems according to internationally recognized standards. In doing so, reliable information regarding the financial status of the organization can be given both to the company owners and to the shareholders.

The aim of Master’s program in Accounting and Auditing is to educate executive candidates and specialists, who are equipped with problem solving and strategic decision making skills through analytical thinking; and have a command of methods, techniques and standards in Accounting and Auditing.

Applicants, who wish to pursue a degree in the Master’s program in Accounting and Auditing, are;

• Those holding a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics and Administrative Sciences,

• Those who wish to be an Independent Financial Adviser, Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and Independent Auditor.

• Those who wish to work as a specialist or manager in accounting-finance positions at public or private institutions.

• Those who wish either to have an academic career at universities or work as an instructor in the education sector.
