About program
In the era of the digital revolution, TEMA is an innovative 5-year course to train managers in multiple skills: to be agile in a digital environment, creative, open to the world and imbued with the spirit of enterprise. All these skills are sought after by businesses as the economy undergoes digitisation.
TEMA was created as a pioneering programme in 1999, and for over 20 years it has built up its experience around two fundamental ideas:
- Teaching that combines management, tech/digital and creativity
- The innovative teaching method of learning by doing, favouring practical work and team projects
Joining TEMA means opting for a personalised pathway with many experiences in France or abroad (six month’s immersion in digital or design, internships/apprenticeship, double degrees, etc.) according to your ambitions and your professional aspirations.
At the end of the course, your hybrid skills will be very sought after to manage the digital transformation and develop innovation in organisations, two major issues they will have to deal with over the long term. You may work in major international groups or in start-ups, or even create your own business.
