Theatre Production: Professional Actors Training Program Emphasis (B.F.A.) Tucson

When you’re called to the stage, you’re compelled to answer. With a degree that trains you for the acting profession, you’ll be ready to take the theatre, film and television world by storm. The conservatory-style program for the Bachelor of Fine Arts in Theatre Production with a Professional Actors Training Program emphasis prepares students to embark on a career as a working actor. Small class sizes allow faculty to focus individualized attention on students, encouraging collaboration and experimentation. Classes include eight semesters of Stanislavsky-based acting training; four semesters of voice and movement; stage combat classes; audition technique courses; screen acting classes; and professional development and business acumen that culminate in a showcase for leading industry professionals in New York, Los Angeles, Chicago and major regional markets.
