Master the art and science of working with people and leading in a business world that hinges on strategy and decision-making with a Business Management major. The Business Management major at the University of Arizona is designed for students seeking managerial positions in large or small organizations. Students learn how to work with people in the areas of hiring, training and coordinating. They also develop the foundation for becoming a manager of a business or organizational unit. Students seeking their Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in Business Management must complete the Pre-Business curriculum to earn professional admissions status to the University of Arizona’s esteemed Eller College of Business Management. Business Management majors with an interest in working in sports can choose the Sports Management minor or certificate program.
